Art History [Istoria tis Technis] journal

The Art History [Istoria tis Technis] journal is an academic and scholarly publication. Art history and theory, from Renaissance to the present, is the central domain of investigation. Special emphasis is placed on Modern Greek art. The journal aims to promote research and to provide the terrain for a prolific scholarly dialogue in contemporary debates on art-historical practice, offering an authoritative framework for publication to art historians who mostly write in Greek. To this end, the journal publishes scholarly articles that result from original research and take a variety of methodological approaches, from the historical to the theoretical. The journal also publishes sources and documents, archival and bibliographic data, book and exhibition reviews.
